I'm so sorry for the lack of posts lately.
Between mid terms, opening at work,
and an overall lack of inspiration
with make up, this look was a breathe
of fresh air for me to wear!
To find out what products I used follow
I have been so in love with
neutrals lately so when I plopped
out my Pop Pastel palette the thought
of actually using color was exciting.
It is spring after all and the mint/
lavender combination is so stunning!
For the lids I used the lavender shade
on the very right. With this palette, however
I advocate using your fingers for application
as the shadows are not incredibly pigmented
and using brushes with them makes them
Then I layered the mint shade next to it
in the crease, since I had to use a brush
for a more precise application I had
to layer this shadow probably 3 times
to get the color you see below.
To intensify the crease I used 'Flipside' from Urban Decay's
Book of Shadows Volume Two (The bottom row,
third to the left in the picture below) I then
used the top left shade on the top row to
highlite my inner corners.
I thought I would include the very
thing that gave me the inspiration for this
combination of colors:
My absolute favorite lotion right now.
