| Wearing the foundation |
I've been using this foundation for a couple
weeks now so I think I'm prepared to share
my thoughts on it now.
Packaging: Unfortunately this doesn't have a pump
which makes it difficult to measure out how much I need
for my face. However, I like the glass casing and how
clean it looks.
Wear: This lasts on me about 8-10 hours depending
on what i'm doing, however I always set my liquid
foundation with setting powder so the wear may
vary. It doesn't feel heavy on my face at all, the
lightness of this foundation lives up to the
'Nearly Naked' namesake.
Color: I got this in the lightest shade they
offer which is '110 Ivory' and although it matches
my neck pretty well it isn't the best match
and the next color up was way too dark
for me. I wish they had more color selection
in this line.
Coverage: I have mild rosacea on my nose
and cheeks, and as you can see from the pictures
it doesn't completely cancel the redness I have
but it covers well enough for me to feel
my skin looks 'normal'. I would say this
is light to medium coverage for a
foundation.
Overall: This is a really nice foundation
that wears well, doesn't feel cakey
and makes my skin look natural.
Although the color selection
is limited, I think if you can find a shade
that matches your skin tone I
definitely recommend giving it a try.
